The clinic offers a reduced charge for services called a sliding fee scale. To qualify you must document your household income, be denied medical coverage by medicaid and have no other medical coverage. The reduced charges range from a $10 flat fee to 20%, 40%, 60%, and 80% of the actual charges. Attached is a graph that outlines the income levels based on household size that are required to qualify for the reduced charges.
